Each cardholder receives monthly Visa Statement directly from the bank.
Each cardholder is responsible for timely and adequate reconciliation.
Cardholders reconciliation and supervisory review must be done within 30 days of the billing cycle.
1.Check CTL against VISA statement. Checkmark on VISA statement and cardholders initials and date of the bank statement on CTL in the column "Reconciled to Bank Statement Dated" means that:
a. supervisory purchase approval obtained
b. all documentation has been enclosed as appropriate; copy of Missing Receipt Form is enclosed if applicable; copy of a Dispute Form is enclosed if applicable
c. total cost on the invoice matches to the charge on VISA statement
d. chart strings and account numbers for PS reallocation are shown on CTL
e. Sign and date CTL, sign and date VISA statement
2. If CTL entry does not appear on current VISA statement, carry over a copy this CTL with entry highlighted and corresponding documentation attached to the month when this transaction appears on VISA statement
3. Make copies of signed and dated VISA statement, put the original into CTL#1, put copies into each CTL
