Student transcripts are updated nightly during the grading period. Please allow 24 hours after you have approved your grades for the grades to appear on the student's transcript(s). If it has been more than 24 hours, ensure that you have approved and saved your grade roster. The Grade Roster Status is defaulted to 'Ready to Review' while you are entering the student grades. After entering grades for ALL students you must change the Grade Roster Status from 'Ready to Review' to 'Approved'. Only after changing the status to Approved, and hitting Save, will the grade roster be submitted to the Registrar's Office for processing. |
