  1. Click "Share"

  1. Type in the name email address of whoever you would like to add to the space. If they are in your contacts, their name will auto-populate.

  1. Click "Editor - can share" to see the dropdown menu of permissions available.

  1. Select what viewing level of permission you would like to give to the user.
    Editor - Can Share - Can share document with others. Can edit existing cells and add new rows; can comment, add attachments and links. Editors cannot change locked columns or rows.
    Editor - Cannot Share - Can edit existing cells and add new rows; can comment, add attachments and links. Editors cannot change locked columns or rows.
    Commenter - view access with the ability to add comments only
    Viewer - view only
