If you are a faculty/staff member and you encounter a "You don't have access to manage apps" error message in the Creative Cloud desktop app on a non-UMBC Lab device, please sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app and then sign in again. If that does not resolve the issue, please submit an RT ticket to receive assistance.


On DoIT managed lab computers, you will see the following message below if you open up the Creative Cloud desktop app on a UMBC lab computer. This is by design since most lab computers have certain settings for the Creative Cloud desktop app disabled for end-users.
