Terminology
FAQ Collection: An overarching category of related FAQ Articles. (e.g. “Registration”)
FAQ Article: A page for a single FAQ. (e.g. How do I register for classes?”)
Labels: meaningful key words related to the FAQ. Used to help bring people who are searching to your FAQ.
Comments: Visitors who view your FAQs can leave/post comments.
It is a recommended Best Practice that you reply to comments.
Watching Your Page/Space: A way to keep track of the activity on your FAQ Collection or Articles.
