Unofficial Transcript

The Unofficial Transcript is meant to serve as a useful tool in the planning and management of a student's academic program. 

The transcript should be regarded as a statement of a student's academic record.

For degree-seeking undergraduate students, however, students and advisors should look to the SA Degree
Audit for an analysis of a student's progress toward completion of degree requirements.

Best Practices

Below are a few suggested best practices as you use the Unofficial Transcript.

  • Make sure your pop-up blockers are turned off.
  • You need to have Adobe Reader on your machine.  The Unofficial transcript displays as a .pdf file.
  • If you discover a discrepancy with a student's transcript, create a Help Desk ticket.  In the subject line add: Unofficial Transcript, Student Name and Campus ID.
