Individual Admit Form

Reasons for Form:

The Individual Admit Form is for staff that wants to submit a form on behalf of a student applying to UMBC. The Admissions Committee weighs several factors in making its decisions. In addition to high school grade point average and SAT or ACT scores, the strength of the applicant's curriculum, class rank and other achievements are considered.

Workflow:

The webform is accessed by an individual with authority.

The Undergraduate Admissions Office will then review the form and its data.

Once accepted/completed the Requestor will get an email indicating the change has been made in the PeopleSoft system.

How to fill out the form:

The web form is accessed by the Instructor/Professor/Advisor/Coach/Staff. They will then fill out the required data on the web form.

Once the web form is completed they will be sent to the document where they will be required to complete the rest of the information needed as well as provide comments if necessary.
