Yes, you can use Box to supplement or replace your Active Directory shares.

To create a departmental share we need to do some work on our side first.
- Submit a ticket to DoIT with the following information:
- Requestor's name and full contact information.
- Name(s) of individual(s) in your department that will be "Co-Admin" on the department account. This should only be a few people.
- DoIT will contact you to make sure your are familiar with how this will work. Permissions work a little differently in Box so we want to make sure you are familiar with the system before moving your departmental files.
