Grades are posted to student transcripts nightly during the grading period. If you entered your grades in the grade roster, but your students are telling you that they cannot see their grades, ensure at least 24 hours has passed since you completed and approved your grade roster. If 24 hours has passed, then you may not have changed your Grade Action to Approved and Saved the transaction on your grade roster.
If the grading deadline has not passed, you can reopen your roster and make the change.
- Open your grade roster.
- Locate the Grade Roster Action section of the grade roster (upper right of the page.)
- Change the Approval Status to Approved.
- Click Save.
