Use the "Actions" drop down menu in the upper right corner of the screen to Cancel a Request.

  • If the workflow status is Travel Approved OR Completed then ONLY the System Administrator can update the status to Cancelled.
  • The travel Pre-Approval request can be set to Cancelled (Read-Only) if there is no Travel Reimbursement initiated, and it is in the Entry or Review status
  • Travel Reimbursement process can be set to Cancelled (Read-Only) if workflow status is Entry, or Review.
  • Once a request is submitted to DocuSign, it can be denied by anyone in the approval chain. The deny action will send the request back to the Travel System in an "Entry" state where it can be edited and resubmitted.
