OneDrive is Microsoft’s cloud storage service that is integrated into Windows and Office and can also be accessed from a browser, Mac, and mobile devices. All active UMBC students, faculty, and staff have free access to a UMBC branded OneDrive for work or school account. OneDrive is used for collaborating, editing, storing, syncing, uploading, downloading, and sharing files and folders. A UMBC OneDrive account allows for up to 1 TB of cloud storage (with a 250 GB file size limit), supports over 300 types of files, and has more features than personal non-UMBC affiliated OneDrive accounts. For an introduction to OneDrive for work or school, please see this page and this general overview.
