This message sometimes appears in Internet Explorer (IE) because the browser prompts by default whenever the web page you are visiting contains SSL and non-SSL content.
To disable this prompt and allow mixed content:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click the Tools button
- Click Internet Options
- Click the Security tab
- Click the Custom Level button
- Scroll to the Display mixed content setting in the _Miscellaneous section
- Click Enable
- Click OK in the Security Settings dialog box
- Click OK to exit Internet Options
