CREATING A LIST OF ARTISTS' BOOKS TITLES

1. Search the UMBC catalog only http://catalog.umd.edu/search=advanced&base=bc (you can limit by collection as well as format.)

2. In the first search box, choose "Subjects" and put in "Artists’ books."

3. In location, choose "Special Collections."

4. From the results screen you can print out a list of titles by first changing the sort options to "title/year", clicking the "select all" button, then clicking "save/e-mail" button.

5. From the save/email screen you can choose to print out different citation formats or create your own (I clicked on the Title check box only).  Then click "send" and follow the instructions for saving the file.

6. Ask a supervisor to help you put this on the web.
