Tell Me

Recipient authentication is a option that can be individually set for each recipient so that they are required to prove their identity with additional information. This is useful if the documents being sent contain identity-sensitive information. There are three additional forms of authentication that recipients may provide. One or all three methods can be applied to every recipient :

  1. Phone
    1. requires the recipient to answer a phone call and provide an authentication code and their name in order to view documents that were sent to them. See phone authentication for more information.
  2. SMS
  3. Knowledge-based ID check
