UMBC DoIT holds an Enterprise account, which allows unlicensed (free) users to collaborate on sheets, reports, and dashboards.
Unlicensed User Type | Capabilities |

Viewer | Can view sheets, reports, and dashboards shared with them. |
Commenter | Can view and add comments on sheets shared with them. |
Editor - cannot share | Can edit cells that exist already. Editors can add new rows and edit any cell’s content. Cannot add columns, change locked columns or rows, or create new sheets or reports. |
Editor - can share | Same privileges as Editor, but can share document with others. |
