If that does not resolve the issue, please please submit an RT ticket to  to receive assistance. NOTE: You will likely see the error

On DoIT managed lab computers, you will see the following message below if you open up the Creative Cloud desktop app on a UMBC lab computer. This is by design since most lab computers have certain settings for the Creative Cloud desktop app disabled for end-users.
