Faculty FAQAdvising AuthorizationsIf a student has already been authorized, can you see who authorized them?You are unable to view this information directly in SA. The Registrar's office will be able to generate this information upon request. How will students find out when they have been authorized to register?Students will receive an email notifying them they have been given advising authorization. After the advising session, the advisor will grant an electronic advising clearance. This clearance authorizes students to register anytime on or after their assigned enrollment appointment. Exact enrollment appointments dates and times will be visible to the students once they have been provided with advising authorization. Once advising authorization has been given, go to Classes and Grades. Click on Student Schedule >Term Information > View my enrollment appointment. Prior to receiving advising authorization, students will be able to see approximate dates and times of their enrollment appointments via the Registrar's website. |
