If you want to share your Users can save their dashboard with the same filters with another user, you no longer need to download and send the file.Instead, you can select the “Share” button at the their filters and formats.

Go to the top of the screen . A and select the “View” button, and a pop-up will appear , and you can enter their email addresses in this box, put in an optional message, and hit share.The receiver will get an email with a link to the dashboard with the same filters and format that you had when you sent it to themto name the view and users can choose if they would like to make it your default view. So that when they open the dashboard, their filters are automatically selected.

Users can also save multiple views. To pull the different views, click the “View” button again and select the specific view. Users can also always select the Original View here as well.
