What Help is Available?Scheduling CoordinatorsMentoring Workshops: Please join us for one hour workshops in the computer lab to build your schedule of classes in the live SA system. Each workshop will be staffed by the Registrar's office who will be available to answer any questions that you may have while building your classes in SA. Feel free to register for as many workshops as you'd like, or stay for just as long as you need to have your questions answered. Go to www.umbc.edu/training to register. One on One Assistance: On request, the SA project team will work with departments on the initial entry of their worksheets into SA. It is the goal that once the initial schedule is loaded into SA the departments will review the schedule for accuracy and manage the updates and changes. The project support team and Registrar's office are committed to work closely with departments to provide you the support you need to perform the updates and manage this process. One on one assistance will be available in early November 2008. Please contact Michael Busges (busgesumbc.edu) to request assistance and to get additional information. Training Database: The SA training database is available for you to practice the skills that you are learning in the scheduling training sessions. To access the training database, go to satrn-web.ps.umbc.edu. Logon using one of the following training user ids. (Don't forget, the User ID is case sensitive.) You will receive the password in training class. If you have forgotten the password, please contact sdawson@umbc.edu or boertel@umbc.edu. - TRN20
