Current UMBC Faculty, Staff, and Students have been automatically enrolled in multi-factor authentication with Duo. Other members of the community may not be eligible. If you are a current faculty or staff there is no need to opt in because you should be administratively enrolled, staff, or student and you do not have Duo, please contact the Technology Support Center at 410-455-3838. Click here to learn how to start using Duo.

4. You should be taken to a page indicating that signup was successful.

5. Now you can proceed to enrolling your device(s)
