You must be signed in to the Creative Cloud desktop app in order to use Adobe apps since all Adobe Creative Cloud apps installed on your device are disabled if you are not signed in to the Creative Cloud desktop app. UMBC owned computers set up by DoIT already have the Creative Cloud desktop app installed.
