After Submission Anchor aftersubmission aftersubmission
When you click Submit for Review, the Pre-Approval is usually sent to the Reviewer to be reviewed. The Reviewer initiates the actual signing process through DocuSign once they have reviewed the document. The Pre-Approval then gets the necessary approvals, moving through the workflow chart shown above, in the DocuSign process.
You will still be able to edit a Pre-Approval after it has been submitted up until the first day of travel, however, editing any chart string data, dollar amounts, or travel dates (if using a UMBC contracted travel agency) means the Pre-Approval will have to be re-approved.
You will know your Pre-Approval has gotten all necessary approvals when it's status is shown as Ready for Travel.
