Terminology

FAQ Collection:  An overarching category of related FAQ Articlesarticles. (e.g. “Registration” or "Blackboard")
FAQ Article: A page for a single FAQfrequently asked question. (e.g. "How do I register for classes?”)
Labels: meaningful key words keywords related to the FAQ. Used to help bring people who are searching to your FAQ.
Comments: Visitors who view your FAQs can leave/post comments.

It is a recommended Best Practice that you reply to comments.
