- Instructions on how to add an FAQ article
- “Watch” every FAQ page you create.
- Unless personal in nature, ALWAYS respond to comments ON the page, to show others you’re attentive; also the answer may benefit others who come along later.
- Show AND Tell a task wherever possible.
- If you create a video, no more than 5 mins max (preferably 3 mins or less)
- Refer and link to the FAQ as an INITIAL resolution to similar RT requests, so your resolution leads users to users understand where they could have gotten help themselves before requesting it.
