Before You Begin...
The following types of classes require notes to be entered for the class section.
- Hybrid or Online classes - specify face to face vs. online class hours for the class. This is needed for the VA Certifying Official to appropriately code our VA Student Benefits.
- Classes with Class Fees
- Independent Studies – credit and permission information
- Special Topics Courses – provide brief topic description

To delete a note previously entered, click the minus "-" for the note and click Save. Just removing the text in a note field will not remove the note from the class section. Only deleting the entire note will remove the note from the class section. |
