Kramer VIA Desktop Application:
Step 1: Connect your device to the network (Wi-Fi). Turn the AV system on and press the VIA button on the AV control.
Step 2: Download the Kramer VIA application.
- Look to the display and it will show multiple places you can download the application. Like the google play store or the microsoft windows store for example.
Step 3: Connecting to VIA
- Start the application and you will be prompted to login.
From this you will enter a nickname and the room code.
Step 4: Sharing your device to the display
- Sharing content on the Desktop application is similar to the extension but looks different.
- After you connect to the VIA you will see a pop up allowing you to share your content.
- Here you will click present to show and then stop present, on the pop up, to end it.
Step 5: Log out and close the application or extension.

Security and Data Privacy:
- On Kramer's website it says, Kramer uses, receives, collects, processes or stores only Personal Data necessary to provide the Products and operate its business.
- VIA needs access to the user's camera if students want to use the QR code that's on the LED screen to connect.
- It asks for access to one's contacts because it has a direct contact-to-contact file-sharing function.
