- If you do not have the Kramer VIA app, download the application from the Appstore.
- Turn on the AV system and select the VIA option.
- After starting the application you will be presented with the login screen:
- Enter the Room Name, which is the IP address found on the display (example 130.85.123.25).
- You will also enter a nickname which can be your name.
- Press login. You will be prompted to put in a four-digit code that will appears on the room display.
- Now you can share your screen. With your Mac, you can use the airplay option to share your content.
- When you click on airplay, select the room you are in from the list that appears, and enter the four-digit code.
- Your screen is being shared to the room display.
- When you are done, quit airplay and close out of the VIA application.
