  1. Have the user download the USERTrust CA.
  2. Go to Keychain Access on the user's Mac.
  3. Drag and drop the USERTrust CA in Certificates.
  4. Right click on the USERTrust CA, and select Info.
  5. Under Trust, click Always Accept.
