  • This form is supposed to be filled out when an authenticated member (someone with a myUMBC login) collaborates with an outside (or non-authenticated member)
  • The form is given the ‘Internal’ designation because it is initiated by the Internal member of the collaboration- the UMBC affiliate.
  • The UMBC affiliate will have their information automatically placed on the web form, and will be prompted to enter the vendor’s name, email and firm name. 
  • From there they are taken to Docu-Sign where they are to initial the form, and select finish to have it sent to the vendor. 
  • Lastly the Vendor will fill out their remaining information on the Docu-Sign form, as well as attaching required legal documents, listing their products or services, address and organization type. 
  • No labels
