Tell Me

There are several reasons why you may not be able to access your grade roster. 

First, ensure that the grade roster has been generated for the course.  (This usually occurs after the last day of classes.)  If you see the grade roster icon next to your class on the class schedule, the grade roster is generated and you have access to it.

Second, if the grade roster has been generated, but you do not have access to it, you are probably not listed as the primary instructor for the course.  You must be listed as the primary instructor for a course with all of the appropriate access rights in order to view and submit grades.  Only the scheduling coordinator for your department can make this change on the course.   Contact your department’s scheduling coordinator for assistance.
