  1. Go to http://rex.umbc.edu/
  2. Under Getting Access, click Submit an RT Ticket
  3. Select Access from the Reason for Request drop down. 
  4. Fill out the rest of the form
  5. Click Submit

Your request will be processed and you will receive follow-up information once it has been processed.
