Signs submitted by library staff and/or Signage Work Group members should adhere to the Style Guideline for Library Digital Signs and be relevant to our community with an emphasis on library content. Signs submitted to the Signage Work Group should be finalized before sharing with the entire group.

Approval

Signs must be submitted to the group for review. If any member of the group has an issue with a submission, the group will discuss the submission before it is posted to any display. If the majority of the group approves the sign after discussion and/or revision, then it may be posted.

Posting

Members of the Signage Work Group are expected to post their own signs and make whatever adjustments are necessary to ensure that the content appears as intended on displays. Training will be provided to members who are unsure how to post and make adjustments.
