  1. Start up Wink
  2. When the program starts, go to file, and click on new
  3. Check mark the box that says start by capturing....
  4. Unclick record audio.
  5. Click hide wink window
  6. From the pull down menu, choose window. Click choose and choose the corresponding window you want to capture. If you want the whole screen , choose whole screen.
  7. Click OK when you are done.
  8. The program is now ready to record.
  9. Click minimize to tray.
  10. To begin recording, either right click the wink icon in the tool bar, and click start timed capture, or press alt and pause at the same time.
  11. When done, right click the icon and choose stop timed capture, or press alt + pause at the same time.
  12. Right click and hit finished capture.
  13. If you want to add annotations to individual frames, do it now.
  14. Once done, click on project, render. Name the file, and it will save it as a swf file. The file is now ready for use.
