Faculty Training for SA

Scheduling Coordinators are completing their training and beginning to build their schedule of classes in SA.  Additional courses are available through mid-January, and refresher training is available via the UPK.  One-on-one training and assistance is available to all scheduling coordinators.  Contact Michael Busges at busges@umbc.edu for additional information.

The Faculty Self-Service Portal will be implemented in March 2009.  The portal will provide Instructors access to their class rosters, granting class permissions, and posting grades for their classes.  Advisors will be able to view student information, transfer credits for students, GenED requirements, and approving registration access to students.  The Self-Service portal training will begin in February 2009, and the training will be delivered via How To...Workshops and Self-paced training.
