My advisee wants a program removed from their Degree Audit

Students can remove their major, minor, or certificate using the the Declaration of Major form. Students will need to fill the form out and submit it to the Registrar's Office for processing. Once the Declaration of Major form is processed, both students and advisors will see the change reflected on Degree Audit.
