My advisee does not see their transfer credit on Degree Audit

Degree Audit reflects the courses a student has on their official record. Have the student check their Transfer Credit Report first. If the student still does not see their transfer credit, ask the following questions:

• Did you submit an updated copy of your official transcript to the Registrar's Office?
• Did you submit a copy after the transfer institution's final grades were posted?

If the answers are yes, then have the student submit an RT Ticket to Transfer Credit to inquire about their evaluation. Once transfer coursework is evaluated and posted to the student's record, both the student and the advisor will see the coursework reflected on both the Transfer Credit Report and Degree Audit. Students are also notified via email once their transfer credit is posted.
