Use the URL given in the dc.description.uri column to open each work. If there is no URL given in that column, the notes will provide info on where to find the work.

1. Check the title given on the work against the title given in the dc.title. If there is no title given, copy and paste it in.

2. Check the work for different versions of the title, and if you find any, copy and paste them into the dc.title.alternative column.

3. Fill the format into the dc.genre column.

4. If there is no abstract check for one or an alternative summary of the work, and if you find something, fill it in.

5. If the work is in a language other than English, change the value given in the dc.language.iso column to the language of the work, asking for help if you’re not sure of the language. Get language codes from ISO 639-2 Language Code List - Codes for the representation of names of languages (Library of Congress) , use the 2^nd column “ISO 639-1 Code” two letter code.

6. Find the DOI given the publisher’s record or the work in copy and paste it into the dc.identifier.uri column.

7. Check for any sponsors given on the work and copy and past them into the dc.description.sponsorship column

8. If the work was presented at conference, copy and paste the conference into the dc.description column
