At the beginning of each year, change the year for each month before printing the form.

• open file

• Click on Page Layout

• click on "Print Titles" arrow. Page Setup box will show

• Click on Header/Footer

• Click on Custom Header

• Tye new date

• click "Ok"

• click "ok"

• print sheet

• Save during or before closing spreadsheet
