Library IT Services (LITS) Helpdesk (x5-3040)
Call the LITS Helpdesk to get immediate assistance from a technician. The LITS helpdesk is open Monday - Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.
Technology Support Center (TSC) Helpdesk (x5-3838)
Patrons with non-library technology issues should be directed to the TSC helpdesk on the 1st floor. The TSC helpdesk's hours are linked here.
