How to forward a Webex AI Assistant Meeting Recap

1. In the Webex App, Click "Meetings"

2. Click the Meeting recap tab

3. Find the meeting that you generated the AI Assistant summary and Click "Meeting summary"

4. Click the Forward meeting recap button (arrow)

5. Click the Forward Meeting recap user selection text box to type the name of the user to forward the recap to.

6. Select the user or space to send the recap to.

7. Click the Forward button
