How do I clean up my trash, spam, and large documents in Google Drive?

  1. Navigate to https://www.google.com/

  2. Click the search bar and type "google drive"

  3. Click "Sign-in"

  1. To check if you have received files that were marked as spam and were hidden in the spam folder, click "Spam"

  1. Select "Trash". You can either delete items manually, or they will automatically delete after 30 days. Keep in mind that items in trash will still count towards your storage quota.

  1. To see the files in your storage, click "Storage"

  1. Click here to adjust the way the list is sorted, either from largest file to smallest file, or smallest file to largest file.
