How do I connect to Cisco Room Kit or Room Bar from a Webex Meeting?

  1. Start a Webex Meeting from the Webex Application on your computer.


  2. In the top left section of your screen, click “Show Menu Bar”.


  3. Click on the ‘Audio & Video’ tab.


  4. Select ‘Connect to a Video System”. The Cisco Room Kit should appear as a nearby device and can be used as your Camera, Microphone and Speaker (In this example, the device is showing up as "ENGR020").
