How do I create an EDUCAUSE account?

All faculty and staff at UMBC may create a free account affiliated with EDUCAUSE. This account may be used to register for webinars and professional development.

Tell Me

1. You will need to create an EDUCAUSE account using your UMBC credentials. Go to www.educause.edu and click on LOGIN in the top right corner of the page.
   
   
    

2. Next, scroll down the list of institutions to find University of Maryland Baltimore County, or enter "Maryland" in the search field.
   
   
   
   
   

3. Be sure to select the correct University of Maryland so you will be prompted to log in via myUMBC. Authenticate via DUO.

4. As you proceed through the registration form, your name and email will be automatically filled in from UMBC's directory. You will be asked to provide demographic information, interests about technology, and communication preferences.
