The Foreign National Independent Contractor Payment Form is used for the purpose of determining payments for Foriegn Independent contractors made by the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
Workflow
First, the individual can access the form through a link from Financial Services. Second, the individual must complete the webform and any additional information that is requested. After the form is submitted, it will be sent to Financial Services for apporoval.

How to fill out the form
The webform is completed by the individual and is directed to the Foreign National Independent Contractor Payment Form. The form will require Name, SSN/ITTN, DOB, Tax Residency Status, Address, Current Visa information, Department information, Substantial Presence Test, and Payment and Account information. The individual must sign and submit this form for approval.
