How do I download my Instructor Reports?
Answer
You can download your reports the following ways:
- An email sent to you with a link to View the Reports link (https://umbc.bluera.com/UMBC/)
- Blackboard Course Evaluations - Instructor Reporting Portal (http://blackboard.umbc.edu)
It will include your Direct Instructor Feedback Forms (DIFFs) and your Student Course Evaluation Reports.
DIFFs are only available in BLUE and are removed by the end of the next Fall or Spring semester’s evaluation period.
i.e
- Spring, prior Fall and Winter semester DIFFs will be removed.
- Fall, prior Spring and Summer semester DIFFs will be removed

- Click this link (http://umbc.bluera.com/UMBC/)
- Click 'Dashboard' on the left hand side menu.
- Scroll down until you see 'View Reports' link on the bottom right hand side of the page.
- Click 'View Reports' and a new page will open
- If you want to download ALL of your reports, click 'Select All' then, click 'Download PDF'.
- This will prompt you to download a *.zip file.
- If you wish to download a single report, select the report title, then find 'Download PDF' on the report page.
