How do I generate reports from the Original Blackboard Grade Center?

  1. Click on Grade Center.

  2. Click on Full Grade Center.

  3. Mouse over the Reports button.

  4. Click on Create Report.

    1. To select what you want to include in the header of each report, place a check in the appropriate check boxes.

    2. To select the users for whom the reports will be generated, choose All Users, All Users in Group, or Selected Users.

    3. To select the user information you want to include in the report, place checks in the appropriate check boxes.

    4. To select the columns you want to include in the reports, choose All Columns, All Columns in Grading Period, All Columns in Category, or Selected Columns.

    5. To select the column information you want to include in the reports, place checks in the appropriate check boxes.

    6. To select what you want to include in the footer of each report, place checks in the appropriate check boxes.

  5. To preview the report, click Preview.

  6. Click on Submit to save your work and run your report.
