Go to Start >Control Panel> Ease of Access > Ease of Access Center.
Click the Start On-Screen Keyboard option.
Select the Options button, on lower right to customize the way the on-screen keyboard works on your PC.
MAC, OSX 10.7
At Apple icon, choose System Preferences, then Language and Text.
Select the Input Sources tab.
Check the box next to Keyboard and Character Viewer.
To Use The On Screen Keyboard:
Select the icon in the Status Menu and the virtual keyboard will appear.
