How do I change the primary requestor on an RT ticket?
- Log into RT http://rt.umbc.edu
- Click Home > RT at a glance link on the top of the page.
- Click on the queue you want to work on in the Quick Search section.
- Click on the ticket number OR the subject of the ticket. RT will display the full ticket.
- Click the link labeled People.
- Navigate to the section labeled Add new watchers: Select Requestor (from the Type dropdown list).
- Enter the new customer's email address.
- Check the name of the previous customer under the Current watchers section.
- Click the Save Changes button.
