How to Re-add Cisco Webex Add-In access for Google Calendar

Alert: NOTE: You must follow all steps in order to resolve the issue. Please make sure to follow each step to fix the add-in issue.

Add-on Settings Access

1. Open the Cisco Webex side panel in Google Calendar

2. Select "Refresh" from the More actions menu

Tip: If this works to get your Webex scheduling working, that's all you need to do!

Remove Webex/Google Account Permissions

3. Click your Google profile icon and select "Manage your Google Account"

4. Select "Linked apps" from the sidebar and select "Cisco Webex" from the apps List.

5. Scroll to "Delete all" and click "Confirm" to revoke all account access

Removal Verification

6. Completely close out of the browser you are using.

7. Reopen your browser, the Cisco Webex panel may now display an Exclamation mark triangle. Proceed to the next step to fully resolve the issue.

Verify New Webex Connection

8. Click "Create"

9. Select "Event"

10. Select "Webex meeting" from the "Add video conferencing" dropdown

11. Click "Authorize"

12. Follow the prompts to grant all permissions and complete the Webex authorization

13. You may then see a prompt asking you to "Log In". Please do this if prompted.

14. Confirm that a meeting was created. Click "Close"
