Notifications
Approvers receive email notifications for:
New submitted timesheets, and
Missing/overdue timesheets (depending on HR configuration).
Employees receive instant email alerts when their timesheet is rejected.
Review & rejection
Approvers should:
Review timesheets as soon as they are submitted.
Reject timesheets that are incomplete or inaccurate so employees can correct and resubmit before the deadline.

Faculty‑specific notes
9‑month faculty:
Timesheets automatically generate during the academic year only (not during summer - payrolls 25–04).
They are expected to complete timesheets for academic periods only.
Faculty on sabbatical or research leave:
Typically handled via the On Demand or leave processes configured by HR/payroll.
